Shipping Policy – Lap Tech

At Lap Tech, we deliver across Egypt with a focus on speed, safety, and clarity. Here's our shipping policy to make your experience smooth and transparent.

1. Shipping Areas:

We ship to all cities and governorates in Egypt, including:

• Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia)

• Alexandria

• Delta, Upper Egypt

• Canal cities & Sinai

2. Delivery Time:

• Greater Cairo: 1–2 business days

• Other governorates: 2–5 business days

Business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding national holidays).

3. Shipping Fees:

• Free shipping on orders over EGP 2000

• Flat rate of EGP 50 for orders below that

4. Order Tracking:

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery status.

5. Possible Delays:

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• High demand during promotions

• Remote or hard-to-reach areas

We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

6. Undeliverable Packages:

If the package can't be delivered (e.g., incorrect address or no response), it will be returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
