To request permissions and recovery:

Return Terms:

• One month warranty from the date of purchase. If there is freedom of choice, the product can be returned/replaced.

• Products sold out can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase in the absence of express selection of the same value.

• Replaced products must be in their original condition as delivered and undamaged.

• Returned/exchanged products must be accompanied by the original item.

Exceptions:

• Specially programmed products cannot be returned.

• Discounted products cannot be returned.

• In case of misuse of the product, you can return to our store after inspecting the product

Retrieval:

• The amount paid was refunded in the same way as payment for the defective product, after deducting a 1% administrative fee.

By purchasing online, the customer will be charged the full shipping costs, with a deduction of 5% administrative expenses.
