Orders & Payment

Client Commitments
1- You must pay the sale price and the fees due from you (shipping expenses) calculated on the purchases you made on the website.

12- If the order amount is higher than the average, this will require payment of an amount from under the demand account by paying the amount in the bank account of Lap-tech Company or by paying in the accounts department of the company.
13- In the case of a refund and the method of payment was cash on delivery, the customer has the right to recover the amount in cash (inside Cairo) within a maximum period of 10 days, and if the client cannot be reached within the 10 days, the amount will be transferred to a purchase voucher or the client's bank account, and the client is not entitled to request the amount in cash again.
14- If the client wants to return the product due to a change of opinion/dislike of the product and there is no technical reason, the customer will pay the fees for receiving the returned product as long as the product is returned in its original condition with no flaws, damage, or malfunctions and the package has not been permanently unpacked.
Arbitration
If there are any disputes, controversies, or litigations arising from the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, they will be finally settled and adjudicated through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed following the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitrator must be a legally qualified individual with knowledge of information technology who is not affiliated with either of the contracting parties. Arbitration must be held in Cairo. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be Arabic. The arbitrator's judgment is final and binding, and it may be transferred to any court within the jurisdiction and applied in line with Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994. Despite the preceding, the website reserves the right to take any necessary steps to protect intellectual property rights and confidential information, including judicial remedies or precautionary orders issued by competent courts.
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and applied by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Each party undertakes to submit to the authority of Egyptian judicial courts and declines any objections to the location.
